How It Works

Stage 1
First, the rotor blades spin at high speed and create powerful suction. They quickly pull both liquid and solid materials into the precision-machined rotor–stator assembly.
Stage 2
Centrifugal force pushes the materials outward to the periphery of the work head. Here, the small clearance between the rotor blade tips and the stator wall mills the particles into a finer siz
Stage 3
The rotor–stator system forces the materials at high velocity through the perforations in the stator. As a result, the mixture experiences intense hydraulic shear before moving through the outlet and along the process pipeline.
Meanwhile, the work head continuously draws in fresh materials, which keeps the mixing and pumping cycle active and highly efficient.
