High Speed Disperser is with quick Dispersing, Homogenizing, Shearing and Mixing Function, can be used on mass production of liquid materials. Which is widely used in Paint, printing Ink, pigment, emulsion, chemicals, Dye stuff, food, adhesive, fertilizer and so on. The disperser is with an disperser disc drive by the shaft . Connected with driving part. The disc rotating with high speed and the materials touched the disc will be mixed by smaller size. The disperser are ideal for dispersion that the I material viscous up to 50000 centipoise, It is the best disperser for liquid materials.
Especially our disperser for paint. It is widely used in water based paint industry, it is the best choice for different suppliers and products for water-based paints on TradeIndia materials premix and dispersion. This paint mixer is suitable for mass paint production, and it is the economic choice. You can also use a Bead Mill for efficient mixing of liquid materials. It ensures uniform dispersion and high-quality results for industrial applications
A. Quick Cleaning After Each Batch
o Replace the product container with a cleaning vessel filled with water or suitable solvent.
o Lower the shaft so the blade is immersed in the cleaning liquid.
o Run the machine at low speed for 20–60 seconds to flush residue from the blade and shaft.(MAX RPM 200)
o Stop the machine and wipe down the shaft using a clean cloth soaked in solvent.
o Wipe splashes from the machine frame, lifting column, panel, and vessel stand. This prevent buildup and corrosion.
B. Deep Cleaning Before Changing Product Types
o Disconnect power to prevent accidental startup.
o Remove the blade if possible (most Tuyan blades are detachable).
o Soak the blade in solvent or water to dissolve dried or stubborn material.
o Use a nylon brush to scrub the blade teeth, shaft joints, and coupling area gently.
o Clean the underside of the lifting plate and around the shaft housing, where material often splashes and dries.
o Allow all parts to dry completely before reinstalling.
C. Cleaning Precautions
o Avoid abrasive pads or metal tools that can scratch stainless steel.
o Avoid spray water directly onto electrical components.
o Ensure proper ventilation when using solvents
Our disperser shaft rotates at 1400 to 3000 rpm, which is an extremely high speed. As the disc rotates, it creates a strong vortex that draws the material toward the edge of the disc. During this process, the material inside the drum becomes fully dispersed, dissolved, sheared, and even emulsified. As a result, all materials in the drum are thoroughly mixed and uniformly dispersed.
