The Tuyan Attritor Mill Machine is a highly efficient grinding and dispersing machine widely used in industries such as Ink production, paint manufacturing, Food processing, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Ceramics, and Minerals processing. Its durable vessel is constructed from Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, or other suitable materials, and is jacketed with a shell for efficient cooling through inlet and outlet ports.
A ball valve at the bottom allows precise batch discharge, while the tilting-type system ensures fast and complete removal of material, leaving no ungrinded pigment behind. The specially designed agitator shaft, made of SS 304/316 and fitted with replaceable HCHC/HSS arms, ensures uniform dispersion and fine grinding.
This machine combines dispersing and milling in a single step, eliminating the need for premixing or separate grinding media separation.
